Benjamin’s love for health and fitness is his driving force behind his wealth of knowledge and experience which began with his tertiary study straight after college over ten years ago.
His passion motivated him to gain experience in fitness centres around New Zealand and the World on cruise liners and the completion of his degree in Sport and Recreation. These equipped Benjamin to deliver lifestyle support in all areas of exercise and nutrition from fat loss and muscle gain, to sport and competition preparation.
His education has helped countless people achieve results through proven scientific training methods for safe and effective exercise advice. His experience has taught him that each person is unique and needs a customised strategy to achieve life changing success.
Now at the high point of his personal training career, Benjamin looks to work alongside other health professionals to be able to provide a wraparound service for the wellbeing of his clients.
